Dublin’s newest hotspot, opened its doors on the 29th of July 2013. Dunne, who currently holds a Michelin Star for Bon Appetit Restaurant, located in Malahide is working in collaboration with another Michelin Star chef Rory Carville to create an exciting new dining experience at Cleaver East.

 

The ethos of Cleaver East is to delivery the highest standard of food and cuisine at really affordable prices. Open seven days a week, Cleaver East is a tasting plate restaurant
serving a combination of Irish and International dishes, innovatively presented; offering a unique tasting experience.

 The Cleaver East menu features savory and sweet tasting plates, which are fully garnished dishes, served in smaller portions to be shared by the table. We would recommend 3-4 dishes per person depending on your appetite, which would be the equivalent of a starter and a main course in a conventional restaurant. To finish we would recommend 2-3 small sweet dishes per couple.

The taste and flavour of the dishes combined with great service, classic cocktails, affordable wines, Irish and International craft beer creates a fantastic dining experience.
