The general cancellation policy at The Clarence is 26 hours prior to arrival. Therefore should a reservation be cancelled after 12 noon on the day prior to the arrival date a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply. Once checked in, any amendments are subject to a full cancellation fee.
